Individual Therapy is a collaborative process at Pacific Pain & Wellness Group, involving you and your psychologist or therapist collaborating to define the goals of the therapy and the means to achieve those goals. Therapy can be goal-driven and focused on addressing specific problem, like depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD), anxiety, or obsessive compulsive disorder. Therapy can also facilitate self-exploration to better understand recurring negative patterns in your life such as lack of self-confidence or low self-esteem, under-performing at school or work, or relationship problems.
