A: At the Pacific Ketamine Group, we have developed different treatment protocols that we are able to offer with a success rate currently at 80%. In most cases, we offer 4-5 high dose infusions over a 30-day period at a one week intervals and sometimes twice weekly. This depends on the patient and our evaluation. We developed this protocol for patient comfort and to minimize disruption to work activities. Intranasal ketamine maintenance is a great way to continue the lasting effects and is provided only to patients who have completed one treatment protocol.
Dr. Ananth is someone who will not treat you like a number, he takes personal interest in you and cares about every single patient. He is the only doctor I know who will call you back if he’s missed your call. He has even called after work hours just to make sure I was feeling okay after I had surgery. You can count on him, once you’re in his court, he will take care of you at any time, night or day. He will make sure you are where you need to be health wise, medicine wise, and emotionally. He understands the pain . . . he understands me as whole...and what is going to make me a better person.
I've been seeing Dr. Ananth for a few years, first with a budging disc in my lower back and then for a another disc problem in my neck area. He has been extremely professional and caring at all times, always explaining exactly what I was dealing with physically, along with the procedures that he felt would best relieve my pain without having to go through surgery at this time. It's awful to be in pain for anything and I thank God for him and his expertise in relieving my pain!
Dr. Ananth and his staff have been amazing with dealing with my nerve pain from a traumatic ankle break. I have had several Sympathetic Nerve Blocks and they are finally working. My nerve pain has gone down by 90%. I find Dr. Ananth to be very informative, and he is a good listener. His staff is extremely professional and helpful and so nice. I highly recommend the Pacific Pain & Wellness Group.
Drs. Ananth, Solomon and Chen have all contributed to my wellbeing over the past couple of years. They are interested, friendly and responsive. The office and support staff round out the experience. Give them a try.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ananth's for over 2 years now. For anybody dealing with chronic, immobilizing pain, knows that flexibility and speed is often of the essence. The Dr and his staff make my well-being a priority and will accommodate for same or next day needs, if the pain is acute. Knowing they're there takes a lot of the anxiety around chronic pain away for me.
The staff is some of the nicest crew out there. Aidele, Ruth, Hannah, just to name a few, go above and beyond make you feel truly cared for.
I hope you never need a pain specialist, but if you do, I recommend giving Pacific Pain & Wellness Group a try.
I initially came to Pacific Pain and Wellness Group because I had pain in both of my hips. This pain prevented me from almost any type of sports participation, regular painless walking, and normal activity such as stooping, bending, standing, etc. What made me decide to do something about my health problem was that the pain was worsening and the fact that the situation would not change without treatment. I was referred to Pacific Pain and found the facility’s reviews helpful. In addition, Pacific Pain and Wellness Group treated many of the ailments I was suffering from. Before I went to Pacific Pain, I felt pessimistic about my health and the available alternatives to surgery. I had two treatments done here; adipose stem cell procedure, and two localized shots to the hips. After my treatment here, I felt relief and optimism that there was a chance that my hip condition would improve. My advice to anyone in a similar situation to me would be to seek out treatment because there is a possibility that there is an alternative to surgery for your condition if it has not reached the advanced stage. I highly recommend Drs. Ananth and Chen for your pain treatment if you need it.
